Perform each exercise up to 40 seconds, so you can have 20 seconds of rest to prepare for the next minute for 4 rounds. For single side exercise switch each round. Rest 1-2 minutes for each round. Novice/Intermediate Experience Equipment: One Kettlebell and mat optional.
