This a 20 Minute EMOM workout (Every Minute on the Minute). Perform each exercise up to 40 seconds, so you can have 20 seconds of rest to prepare for the next minute for 5 rounds, This is a Level 1. Novice/Intermediate Experience Equipment: One Kettlebell and mat optional. Always remember to Stretch and Hydrate.
